This spring break, we are excited to present a unique yoga experience for the entire family to unwind and rejuvenate in a serene and peaceful environment. Through our collaboration, we have created a space that caters to the needs of both adults and children, offering two parallel yoga classes under one roof.
During this one-hour session we will guide you and your family through a series of yoga postures, mindfulness exercises, and relaxation techniques. Our aim is to create a sense of safety, calmness, and tranquility that will leave you feeling rested and rejuvenated.
Upstairs Eleanor will be creating a space for your mind to be still in a slow flow class where the focus will be on moving through yoga postures at a slower pace and then enjoying a well-earned rest.
Meanwhile, downstairs, Alex will lead your little ones through a fun and engaging yoga and mindfulness session designed specifically for their growing bodies and minds.
Alex's class will include asana sequences that support their physical development, breathe work to calm their minds & energize their bodies, and mindful crafts that encourage their yoga journey. With the help of songs and stories, Alex will also help build their confidence & creativity.
Parents note:
Children under the age of 4 will need an adult to accompany them downstairs
We will have a soft start for the first 10 minutes to allow you to settle your child without the anxiety of being late to class!
Bring any props to the adults class you like to have and maybe a blanket!
Please enter through the door to the left of the church.
Drop your little ones to the downstairs hall before heading upstairs for your hour of relaxation
