Yoga Sangha is our home, we like to practice there ourselves when we can, we usually catch up to do this once a month.
We are throwing our doors open and sharing our practice space once a month and would love you to join us. We open for 1 hour 30. 8.30 until 10am. arrive anytime, we just have to be finished by 10
There is no cost - this is complete FREE.
We have an amazing Ashtanga community here at Yoga Sangha and this is our way of giving back to everyone that has been so supportive as we have embarked on our mission to grow Ashtanga in Manchester and beyond, and allow new Ashtangi's to come along and see what all the fuss is about without any commitment - although once you have been to the studio, I am sure you will want to join one of the many classes we have.
THIS IS NOT A CLASS - this is FREE use of our amazing studio for you to practice. Although this is an ashtanga practice, when you arrive on the day it's really up to you what you want to do. Savasana all the way is perfect !!!
There will be no adjustments, or teaching points, but you will be with your like minded friends on the mat, breathing together, and inhaling the amazing positive energy that the space brings.
So, come down to meet your fellow Ashtangi's, we move together, we breath together, we smile together
And afterward, im sure there will be some of us going for coffee and brunch
The studio is fully equipped but do feel free to bring your own equipment

Parking is only available on site after 5.30pm and at weekends. We are a moment away from 3 Carparks. The biggest being Massie Street.
