Yogasara Teacher Training Open Day

An opportunity to explore what the Yogasara Teacher Training could offer you. Suitable for those who want to teach, and those that want to take their practice to a much deeper level.

Sarah, our course leader, will be holding the day, supported by faculty teachers + assistants from previous cohorts.

10 - 12: Led yoga class and introduction to Yogasara Method and Tantric philosophy
12 - 12.30: Break with tea and cake
12.30 - 1.30: Overview of the course + Q and A

There is no charge for the day. We welcome charity donations (on the day) which will go to TreeSisters.
