How often do you take the time to explore the deeper aspects of your own yoga practice? This somatic movement & meditation workshop offers the space to connect more intentionally with your own inner knowing and the quality of listening to and sensing with the body. We might explore:
● What is the underlying emotional tone in which our movements arise?
● How are we relating to good and bad, tension and freedom?
● What happens if the mind softens its grip on how we should do things in
yoga?
● Can we experience the Yamas and Niyamas through movement?
These inquiries, inspired by the somatic, intuitive legacy of Vanda Scaravelli, support us in becoming present with ourselves moment by moment, rather than focusing on pre-set ideas or sequences. This approach works with the intelligence of the inner knowing, the felt-sense, and nervous system, not overriding it, but allowing it time. It can be gentle, and it also demands everything we have got – making it a beautiful metaphor for life!
As well as nourishing movement practice, we will weave in breath, meditation and rest. Suitable for all bodies.

At least 14 days notice: Full refund (minus cancellation fee)
Less than 14 days notice: no refund unless the workshop is full and your place can be filled from the waiting list.
Any other refunds due to extenuating circumstances are at the discretion of Yogasara.
For all refunds we will apply an £15 cancellation fee.
