Are you feeling buried by the weight of the world, exhausted by pressure to perform, or frozen by overwhelm?
As winter beckons us inward, the capitalist system urges us to keep going, keep producing, keep pushing. But deep below the surface, nature teaches a different rhythm.
What looks like stillness is often preparation; what feels like darkness can be fertile ground. Like a seed held in winter soil, we are not defeated — we are gathering power in the dark.
In this workshop, we’ll co-create a space where rest becomes resistance, and pausing is not passive —but a way of reclaiming our energy. In a culture of overstimulation and constant consumption, reclaiming rest is a way to remember who we are and what really matters beneath the noise.
From this grounded place, we’ll weave together
asana, breath, song, dance, and the deep medicine of yoga nidra, the art of undoing, softening, and returning home to ourselves.
All bodies, identities and levels are welcome as we practice in order to spiral wellbeing from self to society, out into the wider web of life.
This winter, we can take a long, deep, collective exhale - learning to retreat for the sake of regrowth.
