About James:

I have been practicing yoga and meditation for 12 years, initially drawn by the positive impact the practices had on my insomnia and mental health. In the last 4 years I have been working with Christopher Gladwell and the Embody team to deepen my understanding of the breath as a tool for healing and transformation, creativity, stabilising energy and establishing a coherent experience of being fully alive. Alongside this work, I am passionate about helping individuals and organisations to be their most powerful and effective, to deliver positive benefit into the world. I work as a strategic manager in the NHS and offer workshops and training skills in wellbeing and organisational culture change.

About Anna:

I am a neuroscientist and yoga teacher. I have a PhD in integrative neuroscience and
over 500 hours of yoga teacher training. My spiritual enquiries and scientific training
weave together in my practice and teaching, giving contrasting frames of reference
and complimentary ways to explore what it means to be human.
