Join us to unfurl your body, connect with your voice,
and nourish your senses through yoga, breath, movement, and song.
Together we’ll honour whatever your winter held- stillness, repair, deep listening,
or perhaps more busyness than you needed.
With gentle, honest effort we will invite the energy of spring
to support and uplift your true Self into the world.

The following cancellation policy applies to this booking:
At least 14 days notice: Full refund (minus cancellation fee)
Less than 14 days notice: no refund unless the workshop is full and your place can be filled from the waiting list.
Any other refunds due to extenuating circumstances are at the discretion of Yogasara.
For all refunds we will apply an £15 cancellation fee.
