Payment
All prices and payments are in Euros. During the booking process you can choose between bank transfer and credit card payment. If you choose bank transfer you can pay in two instalments. You will receive the bank details with your booking confirmation. If you choose credit card payment you will have to pay the full amount. Bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to Retreat must be paid in full.
During the booking process you can also choose credit card payment. This payment method only allows all at once payments.
Airport/ Train station transfer

We will organise a group transfers on arrival day around 3pm and 7pm from Fiumicino airport. Please book your flight accordingly or arrive a day early in order to take this transfer. Individual transfers can be booked for approx. 130€/direction. Check- in is from 4pm. If you arrive by yourself by car or cab, latest check- in is 9pm.
Cancellations / Refunds:
If you cancel your booking, a cancellation fee of 30€ will apply. Read more about our cancellation policy in our faqs.

All yoga equipment is available at our retreat location, as well as towels & bed linen. Please bring a refillable water bottle, a journal & pen for some notes, swim wear, sun glasses, cap and sturdy shoes for the hike.
