Payment Terms
All prices are stated in euros. During the booking process, you can choose between bank transfer and credit card payment for some retreats.
If you choose bank transfer, you can pay the amount in two installments. You will receive our bank details together with your booking confirmation.
If you pay by credit card, the payment is made conveniently in one sum.
Please note that bookings made less than 8 weeks before the start of the retreat must be paid in full.
Airport/ Train station transfer

We will organise a group transfers on arrival day around 3pm and 7pm from Fiumicino airport. Please book your flight accordingly or arrive a day early in order to take this transfer. Individual transfers can be booked for approx. 150€/direction. Check- in is from 4pm. If you arrive by yourself by car or cab, latest check- in is 9pm.
Cancellation Policy
○ You can find our cancellation policy in our FAQs.
○ Up to 2 months before the start of the retreat, you may cancel your booking and receive a full refund (minus a small handling fee of €30)
○ For cancellations made within 8 weeks of the retreat start date, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund
○ However, if the retreat is fully booked and we find someone to take your place, we will refund you 70% of the amount (the deposit will be retained in this case)

All yoga equipment is available at our retreat location, as well as towels & bed linen. Please bring a refillable water bottle, a journal & pen for some notes, swim wear, sun glasses, cap and sturdy shoes for the hike.
