This class is similar will use strength poses to warm the body up but will focus on more stretching. It will be slower and will help more for muscle recovery.
Our yoga is designed to help runners, cyclists, golfers, dog walkers - anyone who wants to keep active and injury free.
Whether you sit all day at a desk or constantly rushing around, this class will put you in the right mindset to take on the rest of the week.
Class type is Vinyasa Flow yoga for all levels.
