Details

Celebrate Mother's Day with a joyful morning of playful, light hearted partner yoga with your loved ones, a soothing sound bath and delicious brunch spread of fresh fruit, pastries, tea and coffee.

Come in pairs, or bigger groups, the yoga will be suitable for all levels and all ages!

Under 3 years of age come free. Just let me know in advance if you’ll be bringing your little one along!

Please let me know of any dietary requirements.

Instructions

To bring:

  • Mats and props provided, but feel free to bring your own
  • Blanket or extra layers for sound bath relaxation
  • Wear something comfortable
