Prepare yourself for a long weekend of luxurious self-care, yoga practice and holistic wellbeing in the North of the Lake District.
Yoga with Daniella are hosting the perfect Yoga and Well-being retreat for anyone who is ready to take a weekend to put themselves first. Yoga sessions will work on restoration and recreation across a combination of Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Nidra Yoga classes. These will come alongside mindfulness sessions, group meditations and therapeutic activities.
Each ticket cost covers a bed in a twin share room, all meals and beverages, multiple daily session, unlimited use of the party-sized hot tub and a half-day trip to the North Lakes Spa as well as free time to explore the scenic surroundings or enjoy some quite mindful time in our beautiful cottage.
The Retreat will start around 6pm on Friday and conclude at 10am on Monday - giving you time to explore more of the Lake District in your refreshed state of mind.
Bring along your own Yoga mat and a bolster if you have one (yoga blocks and blankets will be provided) and clothing (including a swimsuit and towel) and we will sort the rest.
