Six-week Yoga course starting on Monday the 14th of June, 7pm at Pontypridd Museum.
Updated class dates: July 14th, 21st, 28th, August 4th, 11th, 2 week break, September 1st.
Come and lower stress, increase your energy levels and build strength in body and mind. We will work through Pranayama, Asana and Kriya. This class offers a gentle step up from the beginners classes with more challenging postures and more in depth Pranayama and relaxation. We will start slow and build up.
If you would like to join an ongoing Yoga class - every block is different.
What is included?
🟠 Six one-hour ten-minute classes of traditional Gitananda Yoga - if you miss a class for any reason, you are welcome to attend any other class in the schedule, at a time that suits you.
🟠 Short online videos to practise at home between classes. Handouts to deepen your Yoga practise.
🟠 Green & Blacks organic chocolate to welcome you to class one.
🟠 A Gong Bath relaxation in class six.
First time bookings £40 with code HELLOYOGA (This is a 6-week course).
Usual price £35 for 5-weeks or £65 when booking for 10 weeks in advance.
