Five-week Yoga course starting on Friday the 9th of January, 10am at Pantygraigwen Community Centre (The Ranch).
Come and lower stress, increase your energy levels and build strength in body and mind. We will work through Pranayama, Asana and Kriya. This class is a gentle practise, we will start slow and build up.
If you would like to join an ongoing Yoga class - every 5 weeks is different.
What is included?
🟠Five one-hour classes of traditional Gitananda Yoga - if you miss a class for any reason, you are welcome to attend any other class in the schedule, at a time that suits you.
🟠Short online videos to practise at home between classes. Handouts to deepen your Yoga practise.
🟠A Gong Bath relaxation in class five.
