2 hours of candlelit relaxation at Taff Meadow Treforest 😊🙏
Tuesday - October 14th - 6:30pm to 8:30pm
We will start with gentle Hatha Yoga, some simple Aum chanting and a deep relaxation from the Gitananda Yoga tradition. We will then go into a full sound bath with Paiste symphonic gongs, Chau gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, handpan and other instruments. There will be organic chocolates to finish (please fill in dietary requirements when booking).
All abilities are welcome. Come rest, relax and let of go stress. Please bring a yoga mat, 2 cushions for Yin Yoga and a blanket for a comfortable long relaxation. Please bring anything you need to be comfortable lying down.
*Please note that gong baths are not suggested for pregnant women, those with pacemakers, those with sound sensitive epilepsy and those currently experiencing severe mental health issues such as PTSD. Please feel free to message if you would like to discuss 🙂
You will need a mat, a pillow, a blanket and a bottle of water. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time to settle in before we start :)
