The whole programme invites mind and body to slow down, and the vibe will be peace-giving, offering each participant the space to let go of tension.
The calming programme offers: guided mindfulness meditations and relaxations, deep stress melting yoga practices and time for connection with like-minded souls.
Whether you’re seeking to unwind before the festive rush or set a reflective tone for the season ahead, this retreat offers a peaceful pause—a time to recharge, reconnect and move inward with mindful intention.
Programme:
-Friday 21st November: arrivals from 3pm, tea, Yin Yoga, supper, Evening Guided Relaxation
-Saturday 22nd November: breakfast, Restorative Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation, lunch, Walk/Rest/Reflect, Tea, Yin Yoga, supper, Evening Meditation
-Sunday 23rd November: breakfast, Yin Yoga for Immune System, mid-day Meditation, lunch, Walk/Rest/Reflect, Tea, Restorative Yoga, supper, Evening Meditation
-Monday 24th November: breakfast, Yin Yoga and Meditation, lunch, Circle of Friendship and Connection
Venue: Surrey, south east UK (near public transport)
Accommodation: all rooms can be private/non-sharing with own bathroom (group size capped for the peace of retreat)
Fee: 3 nights/4 days, room (private), full board, from £600 to £650 all included
Yoga / Meditation experience: familiarity with quieter yoga practices and meditation helpful; if new to yoga or meditation, message prior to booking just to check this is the right retreat for you and what you need.
