Join me for up to 108 sun salutations to honour the Summer solstice.
I will lead you through the sun salutations with the option to join in for as many rounds as you like and to rest when needed.
108 is a sacred number in Hinduism for a number of reasons so we will aim to complete as close to 108 rounds of sun salutations as we can (safely!)
This practice is quite a physical challenge so isn't suitable for beginners.
