Immerse yourself in a tranquil setting for a truly restorative day.

The day begins with a cacao and despacho ceremony. A cacao and despacho ceremony is a sacred ritual rooted in indigenous traditions, designed to open the heart and connect participants with gratitude, intention, and the natural world. The cacao, known as a heart medicine, is consumed in a ceremonial setting to foster emotional healing, clarity, and connection.

This will be followed by a breath work practice to encourage deeper breathing, breath awareness and connection.

Next, we’ll ease into a synthesised practice of yin yoga with therapeutic sound. Yin poses are held for a longer amounts of time, helping to release tension and encourage the flow of energy and wellness within.

Afterwards, enjoy a delicious lunch and take some free time to explore the beautiful grounds at your leisure.

In the afternoon, we’ll continue with restorative yoga. Restorative yoga is a gentle style of yoga that emphasises on relaxation and stress reduction. We use props like bolsters, blankets and blocks to support the body in comfortable poses, allowing for deep relaxation and a release of physical and mental and emotional tension.

After this, if you’ve still got room, afternoon tea will be waiting to tempt you.

To conclude the day, Emma will take you on a magical journey of sound healing frequencies, using various instruments including gongs, sound bowls, the Native American flute, and her voice to allow the mind, body, and breath to harmonise and reset.
