The OM Yoga Show London has something for everyone. Enjoy free yoga and movement classes, meditation, breathwork, and inspiring talks and workshops. Browse wellness stalls, holistic therapies, yoga products, and lots of lovely food stalls, and connect with like-minded people.
The price includes your bus trip to Alexandra Palace, where the show is held. We will be dropped off right outside, and your entrance ticket to the show is included.
The first pick-up will be around 6:15am, and the second pick-up at 6:30am. We aim to arrive at around 10am, in time for the show starting.
We will be leaving at 6pm when the show finishes and arrive back in Leicester around 9pm.
There will be a coffee and toilet break on the way down and on the return journey.
There will be two pick-up points: one around Sileby / Barrow-upon-Soar and one around Ratby / Kirby Muxloe. The exact pick-up points will be confirmed nearer the time.
Level: Class open to all abilities
Please come along in some loose, comfortable clothing and bring your own mat.
The bus will leave each pick-up point on time, so please make sure you arrive in plenty of time.
