A Yoga Mat is essential, you may find a yoga belt, block or brick useful for some practice.
It is your responsibility to ensure you are practicing safely. Should you require any advice or support before beginning your practice please don't hesitate to get in touch.
I am a small business so don't have the capacity to carry the cost of last minute cancellations and no-shows.
Here is my cancellation policy:
Workshops / Retreats / Special Events - No refunds unless your place can be filled (minus booking admin costs). No transfers.
Weekly timetabled classes - No refunds. Classes can be moved via your booking confirmation email up to 44 hours before your class starts to a more convenient class time and day if you are unable to attend.
Unused class passes are non-refundable, cancelled classes will not be returned to class passes.
If I am unable to teach every effort will be made to find a replacement teacher.
