Calling all Fancy Hippies! Join us on the 25th July to enjoy Yoga in the woods, above the cliff tops and under the tree's. Followed by some light snacks and an optional Sea Swim.
Children and families are also welcome. You can pay £18 per family, couple or unit! I will bring along some toys to keep children entertained, but feel free to bring picnic blankets to sit on as well.
Bring a Yoga mat if possible, and a Towel for the sea swim.
I will bring food and snacks and spare mats if needed.
PLEASE NOTE THE EVENT IS WEATHER DEPENDENT. IF THERE ARE STORMS FORECAST I WILL CANCEL AND REFUNDS OR ALTERNATIVE DATE OFFERED - THIS IS TO THE ORGANISERS DISCRETION.
Bring yourself, yoga mat if you have one, towel and change of clothes for the sea swim.
You may also want to bring a flask of drink (whatever you fancy for after the swim or on the beach!).
