Join in a relaxing evening of Yin yoga, based on traditional yoga principles and Chinese medicine yin yoga allows you to hold mat based poses for longer and really feel the benefit around the body.

Yin style yoga, is a slow form of yoga which involves deep breathing and holding familiar postures for longer periods of time. It will compliment other stronger or flowing yoga practices as well as many other physical activities. It also provides the perfect opportunity to balance a busy or hectic lifestyle as it induces deep relaxation and due to the focus on deep breathing will help reset a stressed or busy nervous system.

By taking the time to engage in a regular Yin style yoga practise you may notice many extra benefits. These include improved posture, increased energy flow, balanced stress levels, enhanced sleep patterns and increased feelings of health and vitality.

Instructions

Please be prepared for deep relaxation. You will need water and a pillow and/or blanket if possible.
