Live on Zoom with Louisa you will need a mat and space to roll it out and stretch out.
Camera's are optional, you will need a mobile phone, iPad or laptop to connect.
Mat, comfortable clothing and yourself.

Hi there, thanks for your booking. To join the session you will need to access the Zoom code sent on email.
You will also need a mat and space to stretch out at home. Plus a mobile phone or laptop for connection.
Everything else is done for you, you just need to arrive on your mat, and enjoy the Yoga session.
