Join us at PAUS in Cambridgeshire for a beautiful day enjoying Yoga, lunch and outside bathing in beautiful hot tubs and saunas.
Your day will include the following:
1 hour of Gentle Pilates
1 hour of relaxing yin yoga, stretch and meditation
meditative nature walk
three course lunch (V/VEG/GF options)
afternoon using bathing facilities - Outside Hot tubs and Sauna's!
This is such an amazing place to relax, enjoy nature, Yoga, Pilates and some delicious food! Ensuring you make time for yourself.
You can choose to pay £20 deposit and £105 nearer the time, or in two instalments (contact me for this option).
Just yourself, comfortable clothes and bathing clothes including a towel.
