Welcome to Yoga! This is a chance to introduce or refamiliarise yourself with Yoga and its benefits in a small group environment in the heart of Ipswich Town Centre at Gilmour Piper Health care centre.
The sessions are open to all, but will be focusing on building strength and using available props and support to help you enjoy Yoga and also enjoy the relaxing benefits it brings along with attending a regular class.
Please just bring yourself and some water. You will need to wear clothes you are comfortable to move around in.
Mats and props will be supplied.
