Join Natasha and Louisa for a relaxed and supportive Women’s Health Day led by a Physiotherapist and a Chartered Psychologist and yoga teacher, created especially for women navigating changes through life.
Together we’ll explore how hormones and bone health change during life, in a clear and approachable way.
Louisa (Yoga teacher + Chartered Psychologist) will focus on a Yoga programme to help with hormones and sleep whilst Natasha (Chartered Physiotherapist + Pilates instructor) will focus on Pilates-inspired movement, you’ll learn how to build strength, support your bones, improve balance, and move with more confidence in your body.
The day also includes breath techniques, stretching, and time to slow down, helping you feel more connected, informed and supported.
This is a welcoming space to learn, move, ask questions, and share experiences — leaving you with practical tools and simple exercises you can take into everyday life to support your health through early perimenopause and beyond.
A light lunch will be provided with the opportunity to pop into the food hall for coffee or takeaways.
