This class is designed for beginners to yoga who wish to learn more. You will be introduced to the range of poses and breathing techniques as you discover more about Hatha and Vinyasa styles of yoga.
Classes include a meditation at the end, and brief tips on ways to improve mental and physical mental health.
It is also suitable for people who wish to return to yoga after a break.
All are welcome to come along!
Did you know you can book 6 classes up front for £55? This means you have committed to six classes of yoga to be used over three months, locking in a price saving as well!
Please bring a mat if you have one, but I will always have spares and will provide them for the class.
Wear comfortable clothes you feel happy to move around in.
There is plenty of parking at the front of the hall.
