This event is for women only.
Instructions
Please wear comfortable, warm clothing for the Yin Yoga practice and bring along a yoga or exercise mat if you have one (spares available on request).
Please bring along a pair of secateurs for the wreath making workshop if you have some at home.
Please let me know if you have any dietary requirements.
