A nourishing day to rest, reflect, and reconnect as we move into winter.

What to Expect:
Seasonal Wellness Circle

Sip on warming herbal tea blends as we explore natural ways to support immunity, energy, and emotional balance during winter.
Restorative Yoga Practice
-
A deeply calming session of passive, supported postures to encourage stillness, reflection, and a renewed relationship with rest.
Wholesome Winter Lunch
 -
Enjoy a comforting, seasonal meal crafted with nourishing winter ingredients – hearty, warming, and made with love.
Christmas Wreath Making -

Spend a peaceful afternoon creating your own beautiful Christmas wreath using natural, sustainable materials. A mindful, creative practice to welcome the festive season.
Festive Treats & Take-Home Gift -

Relax with mulled wine and homemade mince pies, and leave with a small, thoughtful gift to continue the care at home.
