Yoga class that will take you through playful, intuitive flows into deep states of relaxation, in sessions that progress towards fun peak poses but have as its root the practice of mindfulness and breath.
This class might not suit you if you are a complete beginner, but different variations will be offered to suit different needs. You don't need anything but an eagerness to move your body, connect with your breath and learn about Yoga.
Level: Intermediate, Advanced
