Together, we’ll celebrate the light of the Summer Solstice through gentle yoga, meditation, journaling, sharing, flower crown making, dance, and a beautiful garden picnic.
This sisterhood gathering is a space to pause, reconnect with yourself, celebrate what is blooming in your life, and set intentions for the season ahead.

Come as you are and celebrate the light within and around you.
Weather permitted, we will meet in Troedyrhiw Park for yoga, picnic and flower making before heading to the Moonshell Temple for dance, journaling, sharing and meditation.
Bring your own mat, comfy clothes, water, a journal and any snacks you'd like to share in the picnic (optional, not compulsory!)
