Details

How does it benefit the mind and body?

You will leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated and have one of the best sleeps you have ever had.

What is Restorative Yoga?

Resting is an art form. Restorative Yoga is a restful practice that is all about slowing down, by using deep relaxation techniques along with the use of props for support. This allows for the exploration of the yoga postures, almost effortlessly, for longer periods of time. This practice emphasises the meditative aspect of yoga, the union with body and mind.
