Slow, flowing, mindful Yoga asanas (exercises) and pranayama (breathing patterns) to boost energy levels, and calm the mind. A reasonable level of fitness and mobility is required. I draw on a mixture of eclectic yoga styles and teachings, and inspiration from Qi Gong, and other wisdom traditions, both ancient and modern.
Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, yoga strap/belt, blocks or cushions, and drinking water.
Please do not come if you are unwell, and let the teacher know of any health issues or injuries which will affect how you practise.

This fee covers the cost of 7 weeks for classes taken during the period 21 May to 2 July 2024. Any missed sessions will not be refunded unless due to exceptional circumstances, or the teacher cancelling a class(es), or at the teacher's discretion
