Our Beginner Hatha Yoga 6-Week Course is designed for those new to yoga, this course introduces you to the fundamental principles of Hatha Yoga, focusing on the union of breath and movement to cultivate balance, strength, and flexibility.

Everything will be supplied for you, if you'd rather bring your own yoga mat please do. Wear Comfortable yet supportive clothing. Please feel free to bring a bottle of water with you.
