Charmaine and Claudia come together for a cosy afternoon of Yoga & Reiki. Starting at 2pm with an uplifting yoga flow, followed by some slower yoga postures. Enjoy a hot drink over a guided journaling practice, then finish the afternoon with guided relaxation and reiki by Charmaine.
Wear cosy clothes, bring pillows, bolsters, blankets (whatever you have) to make this an enjoyable and cosy as possible! Don't forget a journal for writing in.
