As we move out from winter's deep hibernation, spring is the season of possibility. It's this time of year that we can literally and figuratively plant seeds for the months ahead. Whether you're ready to power into the next phase of the year or if you're still a bit in slumber mode, this mini-retreat will help gather your thoughts and focus your energy to progress confidently and mindfully.

Our day will be set in two parts – in the morning session we'll be shrugging off the past, clearing blocks in our minds, bodies and breath. We'll use journaling, self-inquiry and a nourishing flow asana practice, that integrates myo-fascial release (with tennis balls) to let go and set free any unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours, as well as stress and tension.
Following a short break, the afternoon session will recalibrate our energy to focus on the future. We'll work with opening our hearts and minds to new possibilities, zeroing in our deepest desires in a world without limits. You'll have the opportunity to create a vision board and close with the option to create a self-contract. The day will finish with a yin/restorative practice and a bespoke scripted yoga nidra to reinforce intentions in our heads and hearts.
Please come in yoga clothing. Bring pen and paper. The studio is fully equipped with mats and props.
