This day of training will offer you the skills and confidence to offer the following:
• Desk and chair yoga in the workplace
• Chair sessions for those with limited mobility and injuries
• Including chairs in your group classes
The training is suitable for existing yoga teachers with a minimum of a 200-hour teacher training qualification, wishing to expand their skills. The course will be registered with Yoga Alliance and consist of 6.5 CPD hours.
You will receive a series of set sequences, as well as guidance to create your own.
The course is limited to 8 students. Chairs and mats will be provided.
The venue is located at 1, Trefoil Road. Please ring the doorbell upon arrival.
Come in comfortable and loose clothings. Bring a notepad or device to take notes.
Tea and biscuits will be provided.
You are welcome to bring your own lunch. There is a fridge and cutlery.
