Our toddler yoga classes are suitable from approximately 18months to 4 years and include stretches, movements and sensory play. Providing your toddler with the opportunity for socialisation in groups, as well as teach routine and structure. Weaving basic yoga-inspired poses and movements into songs and stories making it fun and engaging for both toddlers and parents. With a strong emphasis on child development, toddler yoga classes can help to support language, communication and literacy, encourage listening skills, as well as encourage body awareness and coordination.
Comfortable clothing, bring a drink and yoga mats are provided.
