Join Sophie from West Plum Studio to take time out for you this World Mental Health Day.

Spend a relaxing afternoon taking part in a mindful stitching activity using cross stitch to create a beautiful heart. Your heart will be added to a card template to create a lovely keepsake for you to take home.

Add a special note inside the card for yourself or as a gift for someone else.

The workshop is suitable for beginners and everything you need will be provided.

Look out for the building with the 'Hexagon House' sign. There is parking available in front of and behind the Studio. Our studio is on the second floor - there is a lift available.
If you are travelling by public transport, you can get the bus to St James's Retail Park (1A).
