The 5 week course includes the following:
-A taught session each week covering a different body part (legs and feet, stomach, arms and chest, face, back, a special colic routine and yoga movements)

For babies aged 6/7 weeks to pre-crawling
Baby massage has so many benefits and you'll learn tips to help ease constipation, trapped wind, colic symptoms, teething, stuffy noses...these are techniques you can use for years to come as your child grows. It really is a skill for life!

Bring along a towel/blanket and muslin cloth for baby~ everything else is provided.
Unfortunately, the room does not have room for prams- there is some space outside the room in the corridor. If possible, please leave prams in your car.
Due to preparing the room, please arrive no earlier than 9.50am. Thank you for your understanding.
