Eine gemeinsame Veranstaltung des Restaurants Rechberg 1837 und der Zentralbibliothek Zürich zum BiblioWeekend 2024

Das «Restaurant Rechberg 1837» und die Zentralbibliothek Zürich laden Sie am Biblioweekend 2024 «Zu Tisch!».

Die Zentralbibliothek Zürich (ZB) besitzt zahlreiche Dokumente und Bildmaterialien zur Zürcher Kochkunst und Tischkultur, die Sie in einer Ausstellung sehen können. Dazu gehören handschriftliche Kochbücher aus vergangenen Epochen. Ein besonders typisches Stück ist das um 1750 von Marianne Lutz, geb. Messmer verfasste «Koch Buch und sonst allerhand Recept», das wir in einem Workshop mit Hilfe des Transkriptionstools von e-manuscripta.ch gemeinsam transkribieren und online für alle zur Verfügung stellen wollen.
