A 90 minute online ritual - Soul Retrieval and an integration Sound Bath with Zoë.
A power reclamation & forging wholeness of the soul. Soul Retrieval gently guides you home to whole and true self.
Using the ancient shamanic practice of Soul Retrieval, you will enter a trace-like state through the drum journey, traversing the other-worlds to regain lost fragments of your soul. This is deep and life-changing work as you reconcile all parts of your being.
The session will start with an opening ritual of an offering and blessing, Zoë will then explain the practice of Soul Retrieval in detail. Participants are then guided into their journey with the drum. We will give space for journalling reflections and any shares people wish to make on the live. And then finish the session with an integration Sound Bath guided by Zoë.
The session will last approximately 90 minutes in total. It will be recorded for all who register, so if you cannot attend live you can still participate through the replay that will be sent to all participants after the call.
You are invited to bring:
✧ An offering for the opening ritual (can be whatever you wish–a piece of fruit, a flower, a rock/shell/crystal, a note/poem–something from the heart as a gift to your creator)
✧ A candle
✧ An eye-mask or eye covering (silk scarf, etc.)
✧ A journal and pen
✧ Headphones (highly recommended, though not essential)
Please ensure you have a safe, quiet space you can sit for the journey, and lie down for the sound bath. It's important you won't be disturbed and have somewhere you feel warm and comfortable.
The session will be held live via Zoom, so please ensure you have it downloaded and updated. I hope to see you there on the live, however, if you cannot attend live that is ok! I know life happens at it's own accord and trust you will align to this call at the time that is right for you – this is why I have made it so you can access the replay at any time following this live session.
