What to expect from a Sound Bath:

What to expect from a Yoga Class:
๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ A gentle practice suitable for all levels - beginners welcome.
๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ A focus on mindful movement, breathwork, and connection.
๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ Time to stretch, release tension, and find calm both physically and mentally.
๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ Youโ€™ll leave feeling lighter, balanced, and more present.

What to expect from a Group Reiki Session:
๐ŸŒฟ A calm, supportive space where you can lie down or sit comfortably and relax.
๐ŸŒฟ Gentle Reiki energy shared with the group to encourage balance and deep relaxation.
๐ŸŒฟ You may feel warmth, tingling, heaviness, lightness, or simply feel a sense of release/calm โ€“ everyoneโ€™s experience is unique.
๐ŸŒฟ No effort is needed; just rest, receive, and allow your body and mind to unwind.

These sessions are not recommended for those who are pregnant, people with pacemakers, or those who experience sound-induced epilepsy or severe mental health conditions.
