Cancellation & Transfer Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, to ensure classes can run as scheduled and our teachers are fairly paid, we operate a clear cancellation policy.
All class passes and bookings are non-refundable.
Cancellations made at least 36 hours (1.5 days) before the class start time may be transferred to a future class.
Cancellations made within 36 hours of the class, as well as no-shows, cannot be transferred or refunded.
We truly appreciate your understanding that, as a small independent studio, late cancellations have a direct impact on our ability to run classes, our system charges us for refunds- and pay our teachers fairly and ensure their classes go ahead.
