You agree to our 24 hours cancellation policy which gives you 24hrs prior to your class start time to be transferred (within 2 weeks) or credited for the following month.
Classes are non-refundable, credit or transfer only (please see guideline for transferring class which is up to a maximum of two transfers before the class becomes invalid).
You may cancel your booking at any time HOWEVER the policy for refunds is 24hrs notice (cancellation is time stamped within bookwhen for verification).
Refunds are at the discretion of 3FloYoga and may only given under exceptional circumstances or for medical reasons with a doctors note. Refunds are by request are processed via Stripe using original payment method LESS £1.50.
You practice in-person at 3FloYoga Studio and online in any format at your own risk.
