CANCELLATION POLICY:

Once you register for a course, the following policies apply to you.

TRANSFER, WITHDRAWAL, AND REFUND POLICIES:

Cancellation for Nurse Assistant Training Courses is outlined below. We understand that unexpected life events can prevent students from attending or completing a course.

If you choose to cancel your seat in a class and have not yet signed up for or started the online portion of the course on the Cinematic Health Education website, you must cancel at least 7 days before the skills training. In this case, you will incur a cancellation fee of $200.

For students who have started the course and request a refund, a total of $700 will be deducted: $500 to cover the cost of the online training education portion and $200 for the cancellation fee. To receive any remaining balance of your refund, you must also cancel at least 7 days before the skills training class.

Please note that students dismissed from the program due to academic issues, attendance or punctuality problems, or behavioral issues are not eligible for refunds.
