Payment will need to be made before the day of the class unless paying cash and you've spoken to us previously to us about it, any unpaid class will be cancelled the evening before if not paid, if booking on a class the same day as the session you've chosen, you cannot cancel and will be expected to pay for the class even if you haven't attended. New students please pay bank transfer for your first class!
No refund will be given with a pass, as there are plenty of classes to join in the time given with the pass.
To cancel or transfer your class you have 24 hours prior to the lesson you have booked.
Anyone using Gympass/wellhub you have the same rule, 24 hours prior to the class you have booked to cancel or transfer, failing to do so will mean you need to pay for the class as they don't offer cancellations.
Please be mindful as you can now book more than one ticket per class, if you book the same one more than once and it was a mistake, cancel it.
