A 90 minute class Restorative class which uses a variety of props to fully support the body. All levels no experience needed. There will be a guided mediation at the end.
Level: Beginner, advanced & all
All equipment is provided, mats, bolsters, blankets, etc but if you wish to bring your own please do.
