This is a Beginner Heels course for people who are brand new to the style!

Bethany is going to continue to teach you the nitty gritty of heels technique, including how to properly stand and walk in heels; how to build ankle strength and technique; and how to own your space! And then each week you'll take those new technical skills and put them into empowering, feel-good routines that draw out your inner killer heels dancer!

The most important thing when picking a heel is that your ankle is supported. So we'd usually suggest wearing chunky heeled boots or heels that support/strap around the top of your foot. Equally if you're happier in character/ballroom/New Yorks go for it. And please also bring trainers for the first few weeks as you work on technique and strength.

By the end of the course - having learnt a wide-range of technique and tips and developed your ability to pick up choreography - you'll be armed and ready to join other Heels classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays!
