If the student cancels a DAY before the class start time, the student can get a refund or his/her booking moved to a different date.
If the student cancellation is LESS THAN 24 hours before class start time, no changes and no refunds can be made.
If the teacher has to cancel for whatever reasons, the participants will get full refund.
